This starts with your first phone conversation. We will listen to your wants and needs. Then set up a site visit and evaluate your property and match that with your vision.
We then design your backyard oasis and provide a preliminary 3D rendering of your proposed space. We will also propose your finishes and landscape design to provide a complete project scope. Even if you project will be phased out, its great to see a total vision.
Once the design is complete and your contract is signed, its time to hand you off to our production team. We will first and foremost get you logged in your client portal through BuilderTrend. We will then have a pre-construction meeting while you permit is processing so we are ready to so when we are approved to start.
Once permits are approved, our team of building experts will craft your backyard Oasis based off your final plans and selections.

CLIENT ACCESS PORTAL
At Pools Inc., we believe you are only as good as your processes and systems. Then, only as good as everyone being able to follow these systems. So we use BuilderTrend, our project management software, to all parties involved in your pool project and ensure everyone is on the same page from start to finish.
Our Pools Inc. team uses this portal for all phases of your project as our project management portal.
Our vendors are linked to their phases and have access to all project-pertinent details.
You, our client, have access to see your total project financial breakdown, project schedule, daily logs from our team members, change orders, and all documents from your project.
Your project schedule can be viewed in three different aspects, Line, Calender and Gannt
Change orders are tracked for all items that are modifications from your initial contract for clear and precise accounting and proper contract management
Our team posts daily logs anytime they are on site or activity occurs on your project so you can stay informed of progress even if you are away from home.
During your design phase, you will select all your pool products and selections. These are logged and you have access to all item manuals and specifications at all times.
